Order processing time

It depends on the situation. For items in stock, processing at the warehouse may take 1-3 business days. This is in addition to the estimated delivery date. If you do not receive a shipping notification to the email address you registered when placing your order, please check your spam folder. You can also check the delivery status on the order page or contact customer service.       If your order includes pre-order items, all items will be shipped on the estimated shipping date indicated on the product page.       Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Why haven't my packages arrived on schedule?
