Return Eligibility and Exclusions

Please note the following return policy and exclusions to ensure the hygiene and quality of our products.        General return policy:        1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.     2. Please return all gifts that were included with your order.        Non-returnable item (for hygiene reasons)       The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.        1. Underwear and intimate apparel: underwear, bras     2. Products requiring hygiene management: shapewear, face masks     3. Personal accessories and wearables: water bottles, hair accessories, eyewear, hats, socks, jewelry     4. Other: Products that are clearly marked as "Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable" on the product page.        Conditional exceptions       Swimwear, bodysuits, and lingerie can only be returned if the following conditions are met.        1. The sanitary lining is not damaged.     2. It has a tag.     3. Not worn or washed.       Please ensure that the returned item is in good condition as it was when you received it. We only accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged items with all tags attached in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exclusion of quality defects

Our refund policy requires that you submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please be sure to return it within this period. All returned items will be inspected, and we will only accept items that have not been used, washed, improperly cared for, repaired or modified by the customer, or damaged by other human factors. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return request.       If you receive a defective product due to quality or logistical issues, please let us know when you submit your return request. We will take appropriate action.       Please note that the following conditions are not considered quality defects.        Manufacturing characteristics:      Loose threads, unfinished edges, differences in thickness and texture, and color variations due to screen settings are not considered quality issues.        Subjective preference:      Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference will not be considered quality issues.        Issues related to after-sales service:      Damage resulting from improper use, washing, care, or maintenance. Repairs, alterations, or other human-induced causes are not considered defects.        Size differences (please be sure to check the dimensions before purchasing):      Our service team will only provide the recommended size, so please refer to the size chart before purchasing. Returns due to size issues will not be considered defects.        Design differences:      Due to differences in design and style, slight variations may occur even within the same size. Please check the actual measurements to ensure you get the most accurate dimensions.

Free Gift Return Policy

If you return only a portion of your order, you can keep the gift. However, if you return your entire order for a refund, the gift must also be returned in its original condition in order to complete the refund process, as stated in our policy.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you wish to receive and return the original item to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

Processing time:        After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.        Refund method:        Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.       Refunds for Halara gift cards take 1-2 business days.        Important notes:        The original shipping fee is non-refundable.       If you paid using a payment method that requires manual verification (such as Klarna or Afterpay), we will send you a confirmation email before issuing a refund.       If your card has expired, please contact your card issuer or bank.       If your refund amount is low, it may be due to exchange rates or bank fees. We recommend that you check with your credit card company.        Have you not received your refund?        If you have not received your refund more than 14 days after returning the item, please contact us at service@thehalara.com.        What if I don't receive the email? Can I return or exchange an item even without a receipt?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange the size of an eligible item, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order for the correct size. You do not need to present the original receipt. Returns will be processed based on your order information. In accordance with our return policy, items and any accompanying gifts must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Unless the return is due to a quality issue or our fault, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.       To ensure your returned items arrive safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How do I proceed with the return process?

Go to "My Orders" →     Click "Show All" →     Click "Return" →     Select the item you want to return →     Click "Select reason for return" →     Select "Return Method" →     "Submit a return request"          Note:        1. Return labels and QR codes will only be provided for eligible returns.     United States: Depending on your order and shipping address, you may be able to use a return label and QR code.     Germany: Only return labels are accepted for eligible orders. QR codes are not accepted.       2. Do not send returns to the return address printed on the original packaging. This is not the correct return address and may cause delays or even halts in the return process. Always send returns to the address printed on the return label provided by us.       3. Please ensure that your return package contains only items purchased from the Halara website or app. We are not responsible for any items mistakenly included in a return or for any unrelated items being returned.       4. For a quick and smooth refund process, the returned item must match the original return request. Please use the correct return label or QR code. Mismatches may delay or halt the return process.       5. If possible, please return the product in its original clear bag with the SKU and barcode printed on it. If the original packaging is damaged, lost, or does not fit the entire product, please use clean packaging of your own choosing.

What happens if I submit my tax return incorrectly?

Halara is not responsible for any issues arising from customer negligence during the return process, including but not limited to the following:       Returns sent to an incorrect address will not be accepted or processed.       Returns of incorrect items or items other than Halara products: These items cannot be identified or returned, therefore we cannot issue a refund.       Returns of used, washed, damaged, or missing original tags or packaging: These returns do not meet our policy requirements and will therefore be refused.       If the necessary documents or tags are not attached: If you do not provide return information, processing may be delayed or the return may be invalid.       Returns of items outside the return period: If the return process is initiated or the item is shipped outside the permitted period, we will not accept the return.        Important  : All returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and in their original condition.       Before returning any items, please check the return address, the item(s), and the packaging.       Halara reserves the right to refuse returns that violate our policies. No compensation or refunds will be provided for items that were shipped incorrectly or are not eligible for return.
